Welcome to the Registration Page for DFI India 2021

The registration and payment are facilitated through TownScript, a third party service provider. As far as we understand the privacy policy of the service provider is standard. Please visit https://www.townscript.com/privacy-policy for TownScript privacy policy.

One person can make multiple registrations (bookings) in one go, but providing all the necessary details of each individual delegate is a must. The details required for registration are 1) Full name, 2) email ID, 3) Phone number, 4) Affiliation, 5) Position in the company / institute, 6) DFI or IGS membership number, 7) City, and the complete postal address apart from other routine details.

Your DFI Membership number is available at the membership portal.  You can also get the details from this link.

The companies can plan for group bookings with concessional rates. Please contact dfiindiaoffice@gmail.com for group booking.

Each accepted paper is given a single discount of INR 500. The corresponding author of the accepted paper may contact dfiindiaoffice@gmail.com for availing the discount.

The registrants will receive the links to the virtual conference 5 to 7 days before the program. Please contact  Mr. Mahendran at DFI India office through dfiindiaoffice@gamil.com or +91 97102 22444 for any clarification on the registration and payment.

Cancellation  and Refund policy

  • For cancelling your DFI-India 2021 conference registration kindly mail to dfiindiaoffice@gmail.com with the registration details.
  • Cancellation of registration is allowed only up to 31 Oct'21. There will be NO refund for cancellations after 31 Oct'21.
  • Cancellation fee:
  1.  DFI India members - INR500
  2.  DFI India Non-members - INR500
  3.  Students - INR100
  4.  Foreign Delegates - INR 1500
  • It may take up to 15 working days to process the refund.

Delegates from outside India

An equivalent USD or Euro for INR 4,500 (USD 60 and EURO 50) is proposed for the delegates from outside India. This is option is made only to facilitate the use of international debit or credit cards. There is no free membership benefit for this registration.
